At Lord Twedsmuir Secondary School (Sureey, British Columbia) they do an anual "Tweety Idol" with judges from music schools and proffesional singers as well. This one girl, Sera, won Tweety Idol for her juniors category and IMO, for a 13 year old girl shes simply amazing! Take a listen:
