Jesse McCartney has an angry ex. We've obtained a photo of what appears to be the 22-year-old singer and star of ABC's "Greek" lying naked on a bed, clad in nothing but a "G-string" made of candy. "An ex of his took it and has been sending it around," says our source. A lawyer for McCartney said, "Mr. McCartney did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo and did not consent to the taking of such a photo. In addition, the alleged photo of Mr. McCartney appears to have been manipulated and doctored by computer software."
It wasn't even under his knowledge, consent that it was being taken. I guess the ex took it behind his back, if anything. I haven't seen the picture, but it seems like this is a fake story, hence how it was photoshopped and manipulated...
Singer/songwriter Jesse McCartney is threatening legal action over an Internet photo that appears to show the star naked, insisting the picture has been "manipulated by computer software."
The "Beautiful Soul" hit maker's attorneys have sprung into action over the snap, sending a cease and desist letter to any Web sites that have posted the picture.
McCartney's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, insists the photo has been altered, because the star would have never agreed to pose in the nude.
The letter from Holley, obtained by TMZ.com, reads, "A person is attempting to circulate a nude photo which purports to be Mr. McCartney. McCartney was unaware of the taking of this alleged photo, did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo, and certainly did not consent to the taking of such photo.
"It appears that this photo has been manipulated and doctored by computer software."
The attorney warns publication of the picture would be a "grave invasion of Mr. McCartney's privacy rights" and vows to pursue any perpetrators for "substantial monetary damages."
Fact: If it was doctored he wouldnt care... You can enter the words Jesse McCarnety fake into Google and a million fakes of him will pop up.... not to mention the millions floating around Justusboys and other popular gay forums... This one is real and he doesnt want anyone to see it.
Jesse doesn't take naked pictures of himself, he's so much better than that. I'm sure everything was photoshopped. Why would Jesse wear a thong made out of candy too?

I'm sorry but why do you keep saying that Jesse doesn't take naked pictures of himself or Jesse didn't take naked pictures of himself when It clearly says in the insert that foxay said that an ex took it and in the same thing you posted??? Just wondering here...
