That's cause Indonesia has probably the size of Florida...with like 250M ppl.

It doesn't change the fact that our x factor winner is the most successful winner in asia, even maybe in Asia pacific.
And FYI, Indonesia is the largest archipelago country, many lands has few to zero citizens, maybe you're confusing it with other countries, you better pay attention when you're learning geography in a class..

Being successful in 1 country does not mean you're one of the biggest star in Asia. I consider people like Jay Chou, Girls' Generation and Ayumi Hamasaki as Asian superstars

Well Jay Chou only big in china, GG only could sell album in Japan since korea is the pits for physical album, they might be big outside their homeland country but still its their original country that makes her big.
japan is one of the biggest market along with china so no wonder then, what i'm ta;king about is, in this age of era, its quite mesmerizing when you can sell 2 million album in a year in one country that is not considered big market in asia.
Also fatin is also very famous in Brunei, malysia and Singapore, so its not like sh'es only famous in one country.
Her album sold 1 million in less than a month, its quite an achievement i think.
and she's still slaying left and right with her 4th single

These people are not Asian superstars. Most people in Asia don't even know who they are or speak their languages.

Being big among the Chinese diaspora doesn't make you the biggest star in Asia.

Ehhh. It's not that impressive. Cinta Laura sold a million copies both of her albums. She can easily sell those amount and she's not even an actual singer. Also, Fatin is no one in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and the rest of asia. Don't even start calling her one of the biggest stars in asia. Such an exaggeration.
