I'm finally starting to see results this summer. I would've worked out more before (during the semester) but I always give myself the excuse that if I work out I'd be too tired to do my school work.
My abs are coming in larger than I had hoped for but it's ok.
I think what really helps the most is your diet, I was by no means fat before, but for abs to show up well I guess I was.
I'm going to start running, hopefully that will finally get me what I want. I'm gonna be so hawt!
