But mariah can not only reach whistle she can sing in it, I believe she's the only singer that can do that. For example in Emotions she does that or in fly like a bird (thank you jesus). So she can both control it and sing in it and has(or had) by far the strongest one.

Get into Adam Lopez (imo, the best male whistle register user)
