I don't think he comes off as bias. He's just stating that its illogical for these artists to go up there and claim that they own the company, their music and its commercial avenues when in fact they don't. Every tidal exclusive has ended up on Youtube/Spotify and any of the videos were ripped to other sites.

All he's saying is that there's a business component people aren't considering in all this Tidal hype.
