Trip to Disney World, but that was like a "family gift" sorta thing for Christmas.
The best personal gift I've gotten was tickets to the Femme Fatale Tour.

I started to screw up in school, my dad beat my ass down when I talked back to him. Put me back on track with the quickness. That is a gift I won't forget.
