This sounds a lot like "Love Runs Out." I could see this being a moderate pop hit.

It will surely do well at HAC. Maybe lower Top 10 similar to Love Don't Die and Angel in Blue Jeans.
Pop will be more of a stretch but I guess it could pull a Not Over You.
