How to Measure Wrist
STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet or watch.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. This is your wrist size.
Don't forget to
average your wrist as for most people, the right wrist is larger than the left
My wrist size average is 6.1 inches (15.5 cm)
And just for an fyi: There's nothing wrong with large wrists. It's actually more normal for people to have larger wrists than smaller ones so when people start writing how small their wrists are don't feel bad if you have bigger ones. There's no correlation to wrist size and health
