Gaga's career ending flop ARTPOP which is in it's second year of release and album campaign that's long dead is currently charting higher worldwide on iTunes than the recently released Rebel Heart and TPP which is barely half a year old. Both artists are mid-eras, still promoting heavily and pushing the albums with singles & videos.

So, how come ARTFLOP is still charting higher? Discuss.
