I don't see why it's a necessity. I get you live in Detroit, but there are so many deaths with shootings. I'm amazed at how much the United States turns a blind eye to Europe in terms of things that actually work. I'm not saying that Europe does everything right and we should do everything exactly like them, but many countries there have things that work that are proven by numbers.
