I'm not religious at all, but I like to believe in it for the sake of believing in something, ya know?
I don't like the idea of nothing after death (as foolish as that sounds considering it's literally death?) and it gives encouragement to think about how people should think.

Is it weird if I'm the exact opposite (completely respect your belief though)? I don't like to believe in Hell or Heaven because that just makes me get scared thinking that there's a higher power judging me and I don't wanna go to Hell.

That's how I thought when I was young and raised to be Christian. I was kinda scared tbh

I feel a lot more comfortable not believing in it.
