Smiling gives her a cuter look and not smiling gives her a sexier look but either way she's extremely attractive.

Katy looks really amazing when she's all done up, which is how we usually see her and in most of her music videos she looks faultless - but I do like that when she's all stripped down she is quite usual. Means there's a lot of hope for the rest of us to look amazing if we really wanted to. The one thing she does work for is her body though, and clearly she works out and eats well - though don't get me started on how easy this is to do with a lot more money.
