Overrated:
Jennifer Lawerence
Paul Walker

Too many underrated actors/actresses to name but I'll do countries.
Tatiana Maslany lol but
Canada (Quebec), France, Scandinavia, Japan, Mexico..
And the only completely overrated cringeworthy actor I can't stand. James Franco.

underrated:
Dave Franco - he's been in several big films but he just needs that breakout lead role
Dianna Agron - by far the best actress in Glee, and her new film Bare is critically acclaimed, she just needs to land roles in bigger Hollywood movies instead of indie ones
Hailee Steinfeld
Kristen Wiig (by critics and award panels at least)

When I think of an underrated actress I think of Rose McGowan.

Brittany Murphy was underrated too. She does not even have a star on Hollywood Walk Of Fame and she has done a lot of work before she passed.
