I doubt it was her anyway. Mariah may have been planning the surprise release (JD did hint at it), but the rest of it doesn't add up - about the concept etc.

I mean she has done a lot of lame things in the industry, but I really believe she came with the idea herself, since it was exposed in the sony leaked mails. If it wasn't for those mails I would be dragging her to hell and back right now.
