Look at Gaga, she is the example - became too big and thought she was god and stopped listening to anyone, she went through ARTPOP, through surgery, depression, drugs etc. but she grew a lot and now she knows SO MUCH and she is finally on the right track again (even if she never smashes again, just listen to her at the Oscars, she was such a QUEEN that clearly knew what she can do and what she wants to do)...

They've had to work non-stop since their debut - they're tired of being puppets to Simon's iron fist, and are all ready to start making their own career decisions. It's about time, too.

This little explosion they've had is great for publicity, though. They are coming to the end of their run as a group, and having a big boom is what everyone hopes to see when disbanding begins. "Sacking them" over Twitter would be the dumbest business move ever, considering they are still racking in thousands of dollars with their tour and merchandise.
