Global bisexual (former lesbian), one half of musical legends t.A.T.u. and LGBT superstar Julia Volkova has finally started to get back to her old voice. Her voice has been ruined for years due to improper singing techniques that she did when she was younger. She's been having surgery for years and now it looks as though things are improving.
