Doubt she filmed a video just to get the Spanish speakers. They are either going to promote Spanish version like with Bailando (the Spanish became a hit) or they are just going to keep the Spanish version for US and the English for the rest of the world. No doubt Jen agreed to film a video if this version is not going to be promoted. Inna is their biggest artist if I'm not mistaken. What makes her a bad Spanish speaker? Her articulation? Just because she isn't exactly native sounding doesn't make her a bad speaker. She sounds decent and did a great job on her recent Selena tribute. I actually like her voice better in Spanish, it sounds more full and controlled.
