For business and commercial purposes you can. I'm sure Madonna, Beyoncé and Rihanna all have their names trademarked so other companies cannot sell products with their name on, as it's misleading. I know they're more unique names, but Kylie Jenner is the most popular Kylie in the world right now, people instantly associate "Kylie" with her now, so it makes sense.

Maybe in the US, but Kylie Minogue was popular everywhere else in the world and so therefore she's not the only Kylie people will think of.

Beyonce is understandable because it's her family's last name but with an 'o' instead of an 'i', but Kylie is very popular name
