I'm turning 18 this Thursday, and one thing I've really wanted to get for my 18th birthday is to get circumcised. I've been thinking about this for about 2 years now, and I've really wanted to get circumcised. I have a couple of questions, though. Is it possible to get circumcised at an older age, or is it only possible to get circumcised at birth? Also, does it cost money to get circumcised? Finally, I heard that once you get circumcised, you get stitches on your penis (?) for a couple of days. Is this true, because if it is, I might not get circumcised (the thought of getting stitches already makes me a little scared, and the fact that I'd have to get stitches on my penis, that scares me even more).

It literally looks like a dog chewed on your penis, it will take up to a year to fully heal too. I wouldn't suggest that you do it unless you NEED to.
