people (specially light skinned people) tend to have darker armpits because of shaving, deodorant and stuff like that.
Deodorant stains your armpits.

uh she's not bleaching the hair, the skin under your armpits just like knees/elbows is sometimes darker than the rest of your body.
anyway what kind of bleach is she using that's red?
