And I think the only reason people laugh at that metaphor is because there's a pause in between the words "bag" and "drifting" because by itself, you're like "no, I've never felt like a plastic bag, wtf" but when you read to it in the right context, you can actually say "yeah, I've felt like I was just drifting through life" before
