Leona's UK Label head, Darcus (Island Records) has announced today in Music Week that Leona has signed to Def Jam and there are big international plans for her new record.

Why does music need to be ruined? Educate yourself with some quality music and a talented artist.

Def jam can be messy - look at Ludacris album postponed for 4 years and Jeremih's not seeing the light of the day after a huge smash (let's not mention Mariah), but I'm glad major labels still see the big talent and potential of Leona.

What? How does she ruin the music? Iggy's signed to Def Jam too and she collabs with a bunch of female artists so I can see them pairing up in the future together (maybe). It's a possibility anyways

The "quality music" from "a talented artist" didn't help her with her previous 2 albums so at this point, as a stan, it might be wise to embrace the prospect that your fave might need to collaborate with such artists to succeed internationally again No shade/drag, just some advice.

Leona voice is amazing. Why bring down the quality in her music with some trash ass rapper.

A few things:

1. Who said I want a rapper on every song? Please show me where I said that in this thread because you're making things up now.

2. Why are you so pressed because I mentioned the possibility of an Iggy collab? They are both on the same label, it could happen. Stop being so pressed you look silly.
