Well, that didn't take long. Just about 48 hours since it was reported that Michelle MacLaren exited "Wonder Woman" over "creative differences," a new name is being tossed into the ring, and it's pretty high wattage. But before we get too crazy, let's bear in mind this is a rumor and treat it as such.

Collider reports that Angelina Jolie is "under consideration" for Marvel's "Captain Marvel," and that she's a "possibility" to direct "Wonder Woman" for Warner Bros./DC Comics. Obviously, she can only take one, and it would depend on if she even wants the job anyway. She is currently attached to helm the biopic, "Africa," which is due to lens this summer, but the current status of that gig is unknown.

Ummm I'm not too sure about this.

Angelina would turn down the role if it was offered to her. She's turned down several major roles within the past few years, such as Gravity & Snow White & The Huntsman. Can't see her having any interest in playing Wonder Woman.

Yeah she'll definitely decline, and she wouldn't direct the film either because she said previously she's more interested in... eh I forget her exact words but films with more depth to them that tell a story.
