My first job was like that. When I started everyone who was already there were all buddy buddy and I was the outsider and even the managers were in their little clique. It was hard and I'm glad I didn't work there long. Maybe start looking for a new job and just stick this out until you find something better. That is if you're not into the whole plotting ruination thing.
