Just call him Harry Puffer! Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe was allegedly photographed smoking marijuana at a party in North London this month. The 20-year-old star was seen laughing uncontrollably during a get-together thrown by a friend of his on-off actress girlfriend Laura O’Toole.

I've never smoked pot once in my life. But I don't judge. I respect people who do it now. I used to hate it, but it's whatever.

I have a life. People who do it have no lifes. I know adults who have done pot when they were kids and they got no where with their lifes until they quit it. You just sit around and pass a glass pipe, so much fun right? I'd rather do something with my life...

Ingesting any form of smoke is unhealthy. I don't pass judgment on people that smoke it but I'd never forgive myself if I did. There are so many people in the world with physical handicaps that would give anything to just not be handicapped; I was born healthy and without physical defects and it just seems like it would be ungrateful of me to gamble with my health that way.
