The story is huge in Quebec apparently and the guy was arrested and let out on bail until the court hearing.
The story is that that man (who also had a child in the car) cut her off and almost made her crash so she followed him and blocked him on a dead end street to call the cops. Then he came out with the chainsaw. Apparently she called the cops while following him and they told her not to continue pursuing him but she still did.
The woman is stupid for doing this, but that doesn't excuse the man coming out and threatening a woman and child with a chainsaw.
