Beyonce because she actually has acclaim. What's the point in selling 100m+ singles if your tours are a mess and you have no industry respect or accolades to your name like a Grammy? You're basically a Vanilla Ice-type musician instead of a MJ-type sensational, iconic musician.

+ she consistently earns Grammy nominations, if she was seen as a 'Vanilla Ice' musician they wouldn't even nominate her. Katy has been bigger than Beyonce this decade, sorry.
