Apple featured one-handed mode in it's advertising so people could adjust. And only a small amount of fans tried that excuse, most all wanted a big phone. You always say things like this as if it means something

People move forward and Apple gradually got bigger;
3.5" > 4" > 4.7" > 5.5"
4.7" is not even that big. The 5.5" is the bigger one and if people want a bigger one, they can choose it but it's not the only size of the flagship.
And anything older than the 5s (including 5c) is stock already accounted for, and isn't shipments of current stock. The only places still selling older phones are places with leftover stock thats no longer current or tracked.
They don't still track sales of the 70 or so leftover phones that was
discontinued in 2012

It just becomes excess stock.
And those brands didn't take up enough market share to qualify on the list
