She has had 3 or 4 years now of FLAWLESS performances especially since Diamonds was released

You do have a point, however, this is just embarrassing. For an artist like her at this point of her career she shouldn't be having this kind of performances. To me it seems like they just didn't rehearse enough and that's why the audio problems happened. The whole thing was more than just the technical issues and that was evident.
