14 probably but I didn't really need to use it I just thought that if I did shave it would make me grow facial hair quickly but I started using a razor more often last summer/beginning of last school year.

When I was 13/14 I think, I rarely use it know since I'm pretty hairy and my beard grows fast, it's kinda pointless so I just trim it with a machine when I'm getting my hair done.
