I just asked my girlfriend to prom by singing a modified version of Taylor Swift's "Wonderland" (our theme is Alice in Wonderland)

My friend asked me and I accepted, but I pulled out a week before the actual dance.

I wasn't planning on going but one of my best friend's shyly asked me if I'd go with her. We went, had a good time, but I think she was disappointed because I came out to her later that week and she seemed crushed.

I couldn't go to my prom but instead went to an after party to get drunk.. Looking back now I can't say I regret my choice

I asked my friend to see a ring she had on her finger and when I took it, I got down on one knee and asked her to go to prom with me. It was stupid lol, but we were just going as friends anyway as I was gay and she was my best friend.
