All the other pop girls have a ballad that's known as being one of their best tracks except Gaga. Even Gaga's most devoted stans will drag songs like Brown Eyes, Summerboy, Speechless, Dope, etc.

Yes, from six out of my seven faves I like at least one of their ballads.... Britney Spears (Perfume, Hold Tight), Selena Gomez (Love Will Remember, The Heart Wants What It Wants), Kesha (Love Into The Light), Katy Perry (By The Grace Of God, Choose Your Battles), Rihanna (What Now) and Taylor Swift (I Almost, Do, The Last Time),, but from Lady Gaga I just can't get into her ballads.

Nope. Brown Eyes, Speechless, TEOG, You and I, Till It Happens To You and Dope are all better than any pop girl ballad.
Not sure in what world Summerboy is a ballad though.

First of all, Summerboy is NOT a ballad.
Second of all, she has pretty good ballads, imo:
