Yes, the update is absolutely terrible. I downloaded and installed the older version again (with album artwork as sidebar which is also way better than my Facebook friends heads )
I only use the mobile version but I'm getting worried by the path Spotify is taking. I don't want to switch to Google Music but maybe I will have no choice but doing it
