Personally I do not think a teenage girl is fit to be a parent since she is still going through school and her body is still growing, I wouldn't praise that. A lot of girls drop out of school and cannot fully take care of a baby.
If they can support their child then yes of course
But I see too much of it in the UK when teen mums give up and end up having their 3rd child by the time they are 25 Living of the government.
I do know a girl who had a child when she was 14 and she returned to school and I believe she's studying to become a lawyer, so that's the people I praise.
No. Almost anyone can get pregnant. Those who wait until they're financially and emotionally stable enough to properly support and raise a family deserve praise, not some 15 year old who plans on depending on government assistance for the rest of her life. Harsh, but true.
Also, are you implying that having an abortion can not be seen as a courageous and mature decision? Because I strongly disagree with that idea as well.

If you're a teen yes. If you're a teen getting pregnant you're making the wrong decisions and should be mature and suffer the consequences, unless you were raped which is a different subject.
