The similarity is striking. From hairstyle to make up to costumes and set. This is like a hybrid of On the Floor and Waiting for Tonight and everything J.Lo in between

There certainly is a lot of similarity to On the Floor when she's in that gold sparkly dress. However the use of club-imagery with neon lighting and all that is nothing new, nor attributed to J.Lo.
SO it may be a copy, or it may be coincidence. I don't think we can say definitively.
