I just can't see what's so special about it, it isn't funny at all

It's crazy because the gif you used in the OP works so well with what you said. Not all gifs have to be funny lol. Some actually help to change the tone of how you want your post to come across.

With that said, I don't like most gifs of that lady belindaidolos posted.

That Natalia gif is one of the funniest that have occured recently.
