Natalia would have been removed some time last year, when she stopped working with Kierszenbaum. She was involved with the Cherrytree tour and Cherry was heavily involved in her last album release, her co-management alongside Will's music group. She is still however signed with Interscope, her record label.
There would be no grounds to terminate a music contract unless the contract stipulated terms about disreputes. These exact terms and prior warnings before the incident with Joe, caused her sacking. It's not like she just made a fool of herself just the once, she was frequently causing trouble.
