"Liza Minnelli has valiantly battled substance abuse over the years and whenever she has needed to seek treatment she has done so," he added.
Minnelli last entered rehab in 2004.

inhaled
cocaine back in the day, as well as drinking like a fish. It doesn't help that her mother was who she was of course.
