She probably calls them her ninjas with their consent. They might not know too much English. People who speak different languages often bond over the few words that they know in each other's languages/about each other's cultures.

Slightly off-topic: does anyone know the music/remixes AyaSato and Bambi dance to? I feel like if Madge found them before the leak, she would have made the final LFL version the live one that she performs, which is inspired by all the music they dance to.
