wow, what kind of scum still exists in the country?!?!?! and the fact that this clearly happened in a gymnasium at a school makes that school so responsible, many people should be fired for this even being able to have happened.

wait i just read an article, which says this happened back in early 2013, that the school district was notified and did nothing, saying the boys were "having fun" as a part of a wrestling prank and the picture was deceiving. i wonder if the boy would speak out or if he was actually in on it.
