Eddie Redmayne & Jamie Dornan were once roomies

Eddie Redmayne is doing nothing to debunk our theory that all British actors in Hollywood are part of some sort of secret society. The latest piece of evidence? Redmayne used to be roommates with “Fifty Shades” hunk Jamie Dornan. (Okay, so maybe Dornan is Irish, but the theory still stands.)
“We used to come to LA and we’d go and we’d sort of rent somewhere or stay on friends’ floors and go to auditions and fail to get parts,” the Oscar winner told Access Hollywood on the Oscars red carpet on Sunday night (February 22).
Yeah, but did their LA digs come with a DIY Red Room of Pain? We can only hope. Apparently, Redmayne and Dornan are “best mates” who have known each other for over 12 years. But the “Theory of Everything” star hasn’t yet had a chance to see his mate flaunt his todger — or, “upper todger” — on the big screen.
“I haven’t seen the film yet because I’ve been shooting a film in London, but of course we’ve spoken about it,” Redmayne said. “I think it was quite an extraordinary experience for him.”
