The whole Gen Y/Millenial age range is really vague and confusing.

I tend to identify with what most people call Millennials, though I'm on the younger end of the spectrum (I'm 22). I definitely see a generational divide around my age though. I feel like I can't really relate at all to people currently in high school or younger, even though they're only a few years away from me.

But I think dividing the generations they way they are in the poll is about right. I have hard time relating to people who are more than three years younger than me, the generation gap between me and todays high schoolers is so obvious.
