I just read that 'Amnesia' by 5 Seconds of Summer is written by Hilary Duff's ex-boyfriend, Joel Madden. Joel has only been with one other women, besides Hilary, in the last ten years, Nicole Richie. He's still with Nicole, and since the song is a song about a breakup/lost love, it can't be about Nicole. Songwriters obviously pull from experience.
