Yes ofc. I think it's important especially in your 20s.
I try to eat right (I cheat a few times it's not a biggie but keep it to a minimum). I drink lots of water and mostly green tea. I don't drink soda and/or artificially flavored juices. I take care of my skin using only natural products. I try to avoid the sun at all costs (but a little tiny VD don't hurt nobody). I try to exercise when I can (I been slacking). I try to get my 8hrs of sleep (which can be 6hrs sometimes so I make it up on the weekends). I don't eat much sweets like brownies or cakes or chocolates, but I will cheat once in a blue moon. I also don't smoke or barely drink.
If nobody is gonna do it for you then who will? Don't you want to live a longer and happier lifestyle if possible? You can look better, feel better, have a low risk of getting a crap load of other diseases as times goes on.
I'm 26 about to turn 27 in 2 months, yet many people think I'm 19-21. I won't change it for anything. I haven't been sick in over 4 years since I changed my lifestyle around. Trust me it'll be worth it as you get older. It's not that bad, plus you can always cheat in moderation.
