I wanna make a Tinder account but I don't want to link my Facebook to it; you have to link your FB account with Tinder to register.

Should I make another Facebook account just for Tinder? Or just not join?

I was about to make one too but I had the same problem with it linking to my Facebook. I'll stay perched here

I don't know why you would't lol it really doesn't show any of your personal Facebook information just your first name and you can choose what pic you wanna put on Tinder.

Tinder doesn't post anything on your Facebook either if you really don't wanna link it just create a new Facebook

Would my Facebook friends see me on there? Like that's what I'm concerned about. I'm homo and not comfortable with everyone on FB knowing that.

Lmao this is the only reason why I don't have Tinder. I'd just make a new account though if you really want to use the app. I'd never take the chance of linking my FB account to something such as this.

You're friends will only see you if they're gay also, and you get matched, this will happen though even if you use a new facebook account.

I created a fake facebook page with 5 pics of mine and a fake name, and linked the app to that one. However, once you create the account your friends can see you if they you the app as well duh, as long as they have 'man' listed as interest

This, they have to have other man as interest.

If you're not ready to come out to the world, then you're not ready for dating (apps)

I have a friend who created another facebook only for Tinder and this is completely ridiculous. Tinder shows none of your personal information and doesn't share any Tinder activity on Facebook. It does not even show in your facebook profile's apps. Plus, there's also the advantage of already having all your photos from Facebook to use (and you happen to choose the ones you want to use).

I see creating another Facebook only to use Tinder a huge waste of time.

It's only a few people I don't want to know (my family), and I have had Grindr for ages.

Can you upload photos from your phone directly onto Tinder? I have rather suggestive photos.

It doesn't matter if they're on you're friends list or not, they can still be matched with you.

Only people whose profiles state they're both male and attracted to men (i.e. gay men) should see you on Tinder. Occasionally you'll see a straight girl there but that's rare and only because her profile is set to male for whatever reason. If you see friends there it'll more than likely just be your gay friends. If you created a second Facebook profile with all the same pics it'd be just as likely that someone you know would see you.

So yeah, I wouldn't worry about that.
