Let's start by agreeing Sam Hunt is a Country Pop singer who is getting very popular with his music.
What I am wondering from ATRL's opinion is if you think he leans more into pop music or if he leans more into country music.
This thread, let's stick to discussing the actual music he creates and not talk about the fact his debut album is #1 on the Country Album charts and his debut single was a #1 country airplay song. The argument of what country radio plays isn't my goal (we can't assume every song played in the top 60 of country radio is a country song after all).
So what is your thoughts, is he Country leaning or Pop leaning in his music?
