I do have conversations about my fave and pop culture in general in real life, but if someone tries to say
'I don't like Katy Perry' I'm fine with it. Music is subjective. If someone says 'she sucked at the SB' I say 'I thought she was great.' If someone says 'Katy Perry sucks live' I say 'She's inconsistent but she has good acoustic performances.' And so forth and so on. It's not that serious. I don't need other people to reaffirm my knowledge that my fave is amazing anyway.

Most people know I love her so they don't talk **** about her anyway. Some people do try to provoke me though just b/c they're petty and have nothing better to do. It's kinda funny how pathetic they look and how they keep trying when I don't really care how they feel about Katy...

It's always "heroin addict", "alcoholic", "junkie", etc. Not only disrespectful, it's shallow. Amy's mother said everyone feels regretful that someone didn't get her enough help, but her dreams in life had already been accomplished before she died. Winehouse laid to rest having already won in life, writing music and performing for people. She managed to accomplish her dreams whilst living, for the most part, a miserable life with depression, alcohol and drug addictions. Are you living yours?

I don't waste my breath with these kinds of people, I can tell from that opinion of Amy that I won't like them anyway.
