Are you happy with who you are? Or are you a perfectionist? Or are you hating yourself?

I feel so bi-polar. Even though I know that I am smart, handsome, and a very nice person in real life, I feel insecure very often and doubt myself. Then the next day I feel overconfident. And this goes in cycles.

I have those impossible standards too. Being a perfectionist is tough, but I always feel like I am evolving. I am not giving up on it, I don't want to go "down-to-earth" and not care like some people do

I think that deep down I am a good person and that I have good morals and I treat others well but I still struggle with comparing myself to others and feeling like I don't measure up. People tell me that I'm a nice girl but it's never enough for me and I always feel like I could be better so I have issues with self acceptance.
