Do you swallow?
Personally, I spit out my gum when i'm finished chewing it but i have a few friends who swallow their gum. What about you?

I've swallowed gum a few times, and I hate when I accidently swallow fresh gum that I just finished puting in my mouth, I get so sad

One time I swallowed gum in 8th grade and my teacher made me write a 5 page paper about why it was wrong to do that as punishment.

That's an urban myth, but gum is hard to digest because of its polymer base, which digestive enzymes have a hard time breaking down.
